JCP TYRONE SQUARE MALL TO BE EXCEPTIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS WARM AND FREINDLY AND THE STYLIST I HAD REALLY NEW HER STUFF. I HAD MY HIGHLIGHTS DONE AND WAS HAPPY THAT I DIN'T SPEND MY WHOLE DAY THERE! THEY HAD A GREAT SALE ON THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED! WHO KNEW THAT JCPENNEY SALON AT TYRONE WAS SOOO GOOD. I'LL BE BACK!

I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. Still waited half hour. When I did finally get a haircut, my cut was interupted by the prior customer complaining their cut was bad. Hanna stopped cutting my hair to fix theirs. My haircut was the worst I have ever received. Quite a dissapointing experience.
